In 1999, Katie Normet and her family purchased an abused and abandoned piece of land. After six years of building and land improvement, Rivers Edge Goat Dairy was established in 2005. Today, goals of the farm are to continue to improve the land, educate about food and farming, preserve Ontario farmland, and of course, to make the best cheeses possible.
