Prior to becoming a naturopathic doctor, I graduated from McMaster University with an honours degree in Biology and Philosophy. I believe wholeheartedly in the principles of naturopathic medicine and have seen some remarkable results through their use. I believe in creating an environment where patients feel comfortable talking about their problems and supported in making changes to bring about greater health. To this day I continue to supplement my therapeutic knowledge through programmes, and lectures, research, on an on-going basis. I now hold a provincial license through the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy and am both a member of the Ontario Naturopathic Association and the Canadian Naturopathic Association. I chose to study it further and went on to complete a four-year naturopathic medical programme at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Though I knew that I would pursue health care in some regard, I was attracted by the philosophical principles which underlie naturopathic medicine. We will work together to understand the nature of the symptoms or conditions you are experiencing and to make the changes necessary for you to live a healthier, more enjoyable life.
