While there, the love for food, people and different flavours grew stronger.Always on the lookout for something new to try and someone to learn something from NYC was the perfect place for a while. Studied nutrition and education at Uppsala University in Swedenbefore heading to the big city of NY in 1988. early on that healthy eating was a good thing. After working as the executive chef at The Swedish Consul General's Residence life has taken Anna to Portland, Oregon in the heart of the Pacific Northwest and now to Toronto.
